Overview

Location: Georgetown

Contract Term: 6 - 9 months

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Identify and resolve inefficiencies in material acquisition and service contracts.
  • Develop new suppliers following procurement policies.
  • Increase framework agreements by analyzing procurement demands.
  • Map and evaluate supply markets to select qualified suppliers.
  • Create efficient contracting models to reduce risks and costs.
  • Support RFx processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP), ensuring alignment with specifications and legal requirements.
  • Draft and adjust contracts as part of RFx processes.
  • Optimize the bidding process by strategizing supplier engagement.
  • Compare offers, negotiate contracts, and finalize supplier agreements.
  • Monitor supplier performance, implement improvements, and ensure cost reductions.
  • Align procurement strategies with corporate objectives and ensure transparency.
  • Maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships.
  • Follow corporate HSSE policies, safety rules, and environmental protection measures.
  • Comply with ethical standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
  • Be prepared for emergency response as per company guidelines.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience on procurement activities in large-scale oil and gas or transformation
  • Relevant studies in Supply Chain Management, Project Management,
  • Lean Six Sigma, TCO knowledge, Negotiation abilities, and similar are also desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
