A leading food and snack company is seeking a Process Technologist based in Nilai, Malaysia. This role connects innovation and manufacturing, ensuring new raw materials and process equipment are effectively integrated. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 7–8 years in food industry manufacturing. Fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English is required. The position involves travel and is focused on enhancing process efficiency and quality.
The Process Technologist acts as a link between our innovation workstream and manufacturing teams, responsible for commercializing new raw material and process equipment innovation into our Enstek and Chon Buri plants. Working closely with product developers on ensuring base chip specification, process innovation on new process equipment and plant team on scalability. The Process Technologist also defines material and process specification ranges for optimization performance and quality. This role is based in Enstek, Malaysia and supports the Pringles brand across Asia, Middle East, and Africa (AMEA), acting as a technical resource and strategic partner to cross‑functional teams.
