Job summary

Foxconn Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kulai, Johor is seeking a Process Technician (Based in Indahpura, Kulai) to service and maintain equipment and fixtures, and to carry out preventive maintenance. You will compile and communicate repair results, update equipment documentation, and initiate tooling/fixture designs to boost uptime while reducing maintenance costs.

Collaborate with Engineers to improve module yield, output and quality, and assist in the design, setup and debugging of process

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronic/Industrial/Electrical/Electronics and equivalent).
Fresh or experienced candidates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Service and maintain the equipment & fixtures.
Carry out Preventive Maintenance.
Compile, update and communicate any repair or servicing works done.
Update document for any changes done to the equipment.
Initiate new tooling/fixtures designs to improve module uptime/ reduce maintenance cost.
Work with Engineers to improve module yield, output and quality.
Work with Engineers in the design of process equipment, setting up & debugging.
Escalate to the engineer based on the response plan.
