The role requires at least an SPM or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical and Electronic) or equivalent. The successful candidate will assist in monitoring processes, prepare work instructions, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications

• Provide production support for specific product of group of products for both NPI/Mass production.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production/Process Engineer in monitoring and supporting FA package submission.
• Prepare work instructions for new model, process changes, and improvements.
• Monitor new line and machine set-up for process flow and efficiency.
• Perform new process training on machine handling and functions.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 13485:2016 requirements.
• Implement ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 requirements effectively.
• Promote health, safety & environmental awareness.
• Ensure EHS requirements of the workplace are met.
• Adhere to safety rules and wear personal protection equipment.

Education

Responsibilities

• To assist Production/Process Engineer / Supervisor in monitoring and support FA package submission for.
• Prepare work instructions for new model, change process, modification cases and process improvement.
• Monitoring new line and new machine set-up (to monitor line process flow, output efficiency.
• Perform new process training (briefing on machine handling and function, etc.: Stamping, Grinding machine setting and set up).
• Adherence to the ISO 13485:2016 requirements is effectively carried out.
• Ensure that the implementation of the ISO14001 & ISO45001 requirements are effectively carried out.
• To promote and develop a high level of Health, Safety & Environmental awareness and commitment.
• Ensure the EHS requirements of the workplace are met.
• Adhere to safety and health rules and safe systems of work
• Wearing Personal Protection Equipment.
