Qualifications

Job Description

• Lead the factory to handle customer complaints/process abnormalities/quality abnormalities, confirm and track abnormal problems to be effectively solved and prevent recurrence
• OQC (Out Box Quality Control)/OBA (Out of Box Audit), unboxing and random inspection of products to be shipped to ensure that the quality + quantity inspection meets the requirements
• IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), monitors the quality of process operations to ensure qualified production quality
• QSM (Quality system management), manages and supervises ISO9001, FDA/RBA and other quality management systems to ensure the normal operation of the quality system

Other Requirements

• Priority will be given to those with work experience related to ISO9001, PMTA and other quality system management
• Experience in mastering PQA/OQC/IPQC/QSM workflow is preferred
• Have excellent organizational coordination and communication skills, proficient oral English, and strong written expression skills (choose either English or Mandarin)
• Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, and be able to withstand work pressure
• Proficient in Office software [Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook]
