Overview

Role: Process Executive - Japanese/ Mandarin Speaker

Location: KL, Malaysia (Remote)

Job Summary:

We manage 24/7 real time coverage of public transportation disruptions and road incidents across the globe, to the cities and countries given by our client. This is a rotational shift-based work schedule.

Responsibilities
  1. Data entry: Creating, updating, expiring transportation disruptions and road incidents using your primary and English language via our internal tools while ensuring the following responsibilities below are met:
  2. Quality: Ensuring quality outputs and meeting required AHT / KPI / SLA
  3. Knowledge: Referring to our internal knowledge base to improve your knowledge. Passing the monthly internal process knowledge test.
  4. Proactiveness: Proactively raise any discrepancies, issues or bugs.
  5. Efficiency: Meeting datelines for any given project or task
Essential Skills
  1. [Japanese and Mandarin] proficiency: Advance level in speaking, reading and writing.
  2. High English language fluency is a requirement as all tools, communications, documentations and training are all in English.
  3. Have a good understanding of all forms of public transport.
  4. Skilled researcher and comfortable using a variety of online sources in various languages.
  5. Good communication skills.
  6. Keen attention to detail and very meticulous.
  7. Self-motivated and responsible.
  8. Able to maintain positive attitude and attention to detail when performing repetitive tasks
  9. Adaptable and able to learn new projects and processes.
Nice to Have Skills
  1. Customer service background (Communications team) preferred, but not necessary.
  2. QGIS skills preferable.
  3. Second language (if required as per Project Scope above).
  4. MAC OS X experience preferred
  5. Incident management experience is a big plus
  6. 1-year technical support or other problem-solving experience preferred, not necessary
Qualifications

Graduation / 13 years of education is the minimum qualification requirement

Travel

Travel MAY BE required for first day induction and device collections. Compulsory to relocate to Kuala Lumpur.
