An electronics manufacturing company in Johor is looking for a dynamic and creative individual proficient in Mandarin to join their team. The ideal candidate will manage projects, perform technical evaluations, and support the sales team. Responsibilities

• Initiate costing worksheets and conduct project evaluations.

We are looking for a dynamic and creative person to join our team.

• Mandarin Speaker is required to coordinate with China stakeholder.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Monthly Reports of all outstanding project status.
• Manage and co-ordinate all projects as per approved schedule.
• Projects undertaken update including objective, costs and evaluation result as and when necessary.
• Meet KPI as per targeted.

Responsibilities

1. Initiate QRF Costing Worksheet includes (Customer drawing review, new material specification study, layout orientation design optimization, material yield calculation, process development & cycle time control and machine/tooling selection.)
2. Responsible for supporting the frontline sales team in addressing and fulfilling customers’ requirements.
3. To evaluate and conduct testing for process optimization which includes cycle time & cost analysis in process efficiency enhancement and material waste reduction which directly impacts costs.
4. To enhance the machine and process capability to increase the throughput efficiency.
5. Conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) on new project/part to access the capability of manufacturing process.
6. Involved in customer interaction by assisting in developed tailored solutions for specific requirements in new product development.
7. Collaborate with QA in root cause analysis and provide corrective action towards quality issues.

Qualifications

• 2-3 Years Experience Technical Work, in Manufacturing Environment
• Bachelor's degree, PMP Certification Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology
• Experience in using AutoCAD/SolidWorks
• Ability to interpret technical drawing
• Proposal preparation of improvement/ automation projects
• Proficiency in MS Office
