Job summary

Enovix Corporation in Malaysia is seeking a Process Engineer to support development and industrialization of our next generation high energy density Li‑ion battery.

You will own cell assembly and packaging processes — developing and qualifying process recipes, defining robust process windows through structured experimentation, and establishing the process controls and inspection methods that sustain quality at volume.

Qualifications

• Bachelor‑level degree in a related engineering discipline is required.
• Strong data analysis to extract meaningful information from process data.
• Proven program management skills with ability to hit deadlines and milestones.
• Willingness to travel in future as needed.
• Ability to work independently and with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with SPC, DOE, FMEA and 8D methodologies.
• Experience in design, development, and integration of Li‑Ion batteries is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and qualify degas, electrolyte fill and adhesive dispense processes.
• Lead DOE‑based experiments to define process windows and optimize yield.
• Drive cross‑functional teams to develop and transfer processes to high‑volume production.
• Develop and maintain process controls and inspection methods per QMS.
• Summarize performance metrics using data analysis tools (e.g., JMP).
