Qualifications

• Able to supervise and implement new projects.
• Candidate with lower qualification but with minimum 3 years experience will be considered.
• Good report writing, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in raw material component sourcing and vendor development.
• Dealing with vendor on defect analysis and corrective action validation.
• Maintain and generate control plan, PFMEA and PFD.
• Access process capability after modifications.
• Perform defect analysis and develop corrective actions.

Job description

Responsibilities

Assist in raw material component sourcing and vendor development.

Dealing with vendor on defect analysis and corrective action validation at initial stage of new program launch.

Assist in maintaining and generating control plan, PFMEA and PFD for the existing and new program.

Accessing process capability after modification, upgrading and installation of mould or equipment.

Performing defect analysis and develop corrective action for in process and customer defects.

Develop and maintain parameter of test automation, moulding parameter and e-dart system.

New process development for NPI.

Existing process monitoring, improvement and trouble shooting.

New tool and machine trial run and qualifying.

Other duties as assigned by Section Head from time to time.

Qualifications

Tertiary education in Science / Mechanical / Engineering / Material / Manufacturing.

Able to supervise and implement new projects.

Good report writing, analytical and communication skills.

Able to manage a group of people.

Candidate with lower qualification but with minimum 3 years experience will be considered.

Good analytical, communication, interpersonal skills and computer literate.

Able to manage various manufacturing processes such as moulding, vision system, ultrasonic welding, resistance welding, etc.
