Job summary

A leading electronics manufacturer in Malaysia is seeking a Process Engineer to enhance manufacturing efficiency. The role involves research, application, and optimization of processes to reduce costs and improve yield. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in SMT or automotive electronics, and proficiency in English or Malay is required. This position reports to the Plant Manager.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience in SMT or automotive electronics.
• Proficient in English or Malay; knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.

• Research, optimize, and apply manufacturing processes.
• Continuously improve yield and efficiency, reduce costs.

Skills

Familiar with SMT processes and testing/soldering workflows

Experience in complete product assembly
