Job description

Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support in the development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties.

Confers with production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.

Coordinates with R&D to determine product specifications and design changes and responds to their request.

Drive concurrent engineering activities to ensure product design requirements align with manufacturing requirements.

Utilize DFM methodology to provide critical analysis of manufacturing processes and generate improvement actions.

Develop supplier to provide best in class manufacturing processes to support New Product manufacturing requirements.

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and optimization of new product manufacturing process.

Continuously develop and seek new process breakthroughs that improve quality, productivity and cost.

Familiar with best practices in mechanical assembly and assembly jig / fixture design

Drive systemic improvement to have break thought in processing method.

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in
Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic/Electromechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.

2–3 years of relevant working experience in a related field is preferred.
