Responsibilities
  • Design & control PCBA process.
  • Drive for product's yield and quality improvement activities.
  • Monitor production activities, propose recommendations on material, process and/or labor reductions to promote efficiency of operation.
  • Coordinate for new lines set up and process change.
  • Responsible for machine utilization and downtime improvement effort.
  • Process improvement & line balancing for new and existing products.
  • Develop processes work instructions, procedures and process control plans for products.
  • Key person for product prototype run and drive for improvement before mass production build.
  • Maintain & troubleshoot any technical problem in production line.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma /Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Familiar with PCBA process - SMT, Manual Insert, Wave Soldering, Auto Insert & Box Build process.
  • Familiar with COB, BGA, CSP, Flip Chip, PoP, 0603/01005 assembly, corresponding rework & underfill process will be an added advantage).
  • Line Set up, NPI Process and Product transfer knowledge will be an added advantage.
