Qualifications

• Minimum BOM certificate.
• 3+ years as technician or maintenance worker.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Proactive with strong urgency for maintenance issues.
• Clear communication with customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on property infrastructure (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
