Responsibilities:
- Perform driving duties safely and responsibly.
- Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and deliveries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Perform overtime driving duties including weekends and public holidays.
- Be reliable, dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Perform outstation driving duties when required.
- Handle errands or dispatch duties, which include but are not limited to the collection and sending of documents and other related matters.
- Maintain vehicles (washing, polishing, cleaning, servicing, petrol top‑up, check‑up of the vehicles, including oil, brakes, water, lights and tire condition) in good and clean conditions at all times.
- Perform administrative duties relating to official vehicles conscientiously, including timely updating of vehicle log books after each official trip and obtaining officers’ signatures for the trips.
Requirements:
- SPM or Diploma in a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience related to the position.
- Prior driving and basic admin duties experience.
- Language ability – able to communicate effectively with clients in both spoken and written Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Professional and good communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
- Teamwork and partner behaviours.
- Valid driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicle being driven.
- Clean driving record with no recent traffic violations or accidents.
- Previous driving experience is preferred, but not required.
