Responsibilities

• Advise and assist customers with product information and order inquiries.
• Prepare quotations and assist with order placement.
• Key in new orders and update order status in the system.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and payment status.
• Arrange and coordinate deliveries.
• Liaise with customers on delivery dates and order progress.
• Check customer-submitted artwork to ensure print-ready format.
• Coordinate and support cross-team communication.
