  • Drive teaching excellence by inspiring, coaching, and elevating teacher performance.
  • Uphold students’ academic performance.
  • Drive strong parent engagement and build trust to enhance enrolment success and school reputation.
  • Achieve strong teacher retention and build a cohesive, success‑driven team culture.
  • Drive daily school operations to consistently meet performance, safety, and quality standards.
  • Plan and run school events to strengthen parent and coach engagement.
Our Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Education (Degree preferred)
  • Demonstrates a caring, respectful, and people‑centered character in leading children, teachers, and parents
  • Possess strong principal leadership skills, supported by at least 2 years of experience in school leadership roles
  • Experience in team development, parent engagement and event planning
  • Self‑driven and results‑oriented, with strong motivation to achieve enrolment targets
  • Strong communication, planning, and people management skills
  • Able to speak fluent Mandarin and English (proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients)
  • Passionate about creating a positive, caring, and growth‑focused school culture
  • Strong time‑management and problem‑solving skills
