The role

As a Principal Technical Services Engineer, you will help drive our goals by:

  • Provide excellent technical services aimed at delivering long‑term value for the customer and JM supporting oil refineries with all aspects of their operational and technical use for the FCC Additives.
  • Developing and deploying the appropriate level of technical services for individual customers.
  • Developing sales opportunities with Regional Sales Managers.
  • Building and maintaining effective partnerships with customer stakeholders in an ethical and safe manner.
  • Providing advice to customers in reviews of project and investment plans for improvement of their production assets.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Background in refinery applications with specific expertise in Fluid Catalytic Cracking including a thorough understanding of FCC catalyst and additive technology.
  • Experience of operation of oil refineries, specifically FCC.
  • Proven technical service experience.
  • Proficient written and spoken English communication skills.
