Agensi Pekerjaan Penta Consultancy Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise applications. You will provide technical leadership, ensure scalable and secure solutions, and translate business needs into robust architectures.

The role requires driving modernization, governance, and best practices across the team. You will mentor software engineers, oversee production support, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/IT or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, application support, and system integration.
• 3–5 years of experience leading software development and/or application support teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java (J2EE/JEE), Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs, and Microservices Architecture.

Aufgaben

• Lead design, development, enhancement, maintenance, and support of enterprise applications throughout the SDLC.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for scalable, secure solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Review architecture, designs, and code for engineering standards and best practices.
• Mentor and manage software engineers and analysts, including performance and career development.
