Job summary

Grab's Product Strategy team in Malaysia plays a pivotal role in shaping our long-term vision. This onsite role based in Petaling Jaya focuses on defining and executing strategic initiatives across product verticals and platforms.

You will work cross-functionally to identify opportunities, drive roadmap decisions, and close gaps, reporting to the Head of Product Strategy & Product Operations. This role offers strong growth, opportunities to interact with senior leadership, and a chance to evolve

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain coherent strategy across verticals and platforms product teams.
• Identify new opportunities, threats and latest tech/market trends to help develop long-term strategic plans for future products, including partnership opportunities to accelerate realization of our roadmap
• Set direction and rhythm in the tech roadmap planning and review to ensure focus on actions towards company and tech priorities
• Resolve gaps in the planning and execution to drive cross-functional initiatives
• Drive the kaizen to evolve tech operating structure and the overall organization composition to improve agility and velocity to impact
• Support talent development roadmap in tech to continuously uplevel the hard and soft skills of our talents
