Job summary

Enovix Corporation in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a Business Analytics and Enterprise Systems specialist to integrate ERP and MES data, automate reporting, and standardize KPI reporting across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Procurement.

You will collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Operations to address day-to-day system issues and support ERP/MES integration, MRP/MPS planning, and capacity reporting for scalable manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.
• 5+ years experience with D365/NetSuite Finance and Operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality solutions to end-users, including root cause, design and development.
• Define, review, analyze and document end-to-end business processes and user requirements.
• Gather requirements, clarify business needs, and translate them into reporting and process solutions.
• Support ERP and MES integration to improve inventory transaction accuracy and production traceability.
• Assist ERP-driven planning activities such as MRP and MPS, including capacity, yield, and material usage reporting.
• Translate complex functional requirements into functional/technical specifications.
• Develop process maps, user guides, and SOPs for each ERP module.
• Create training materials to train users and support day-to-day operations.

Job Summary

Business Analytics and Enterprise Systems professional supporting Enovix manufacturing operations by integrating ERP and MES data, improving reporting automation, standardizing KPI reporting, and partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Procurement teams to solve day-to-day business and system issues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality solutions to end-users, including root cause, design and development.
• Define, review, analyze and document the end-to-end business process and user requirements.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, and Operations Finance to gather requirements, clarify business needs, and translate them into practical reporting and process solutions.
• Support ERP and MES integration work to improve inventory transaction accuracy, material consumption tracking, production traceability, and operational visibility across functions.
• Support ERP-driven planning activities such as MRP and MPS, including reporting on machine capacity, manpower, yield, and material usage.
• Elicit requirements and act as the facilitator between Subject Matter Experts and IT teams translating complex functional requirements into functional/technical/non-functional specifications.
• Define the use cases for the verification of the requirements/intended use of the system within each ERP module.
• Develop process maps, user guides, standard operating procedures, and other functional documentation to define the operation of the system for each ERP module.
• Develop the training material to train the user.
• Act as the business/technical support during the system implementation as well on a day-to-day basis.
• Keep up to date on the latest applications of information technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with D365/NetSuite Finance and Operations platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering and testing, directly interfacing with business users.
• Experience with translating complex functional requirements into functional/technical/non-functional specifications.
• Self-motivated to learn the system and processes.
