Job summary

Macnica Cytech, a leading distributor of electronic components, is expanding its Malaysia team in Penang. We seek driven individuals with relevant electronics industry experience and strong Excel skills to assist pricing, quotations, and reporting.

The role emphasizes analytics, teamwork, and proactive collaboration with suppliers and the Product Manager to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• STPM or Diploma holder.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in the electronics component industry.
• Good analytical skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Pleasant personality with a positive working attitude.
• Meticulous and proactive.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with suppliers regarding quotations and sample requirements.
• Manage and maintain the pricing database and system quote approval.
• Prepare and submit regular reports.
• Support the Product Manager in achieving sales and profit objectives.
