We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team at Little PORTMAN @ 16 Sierra, Puchong, Selangor. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that supports the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. What you'll be doing

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that align with the school's curriculum and learning objectives
• Fostering a positive, inclusive classroom culture that encourages children to explore, learn, and develop their skills
• Continuously assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs
• Collaborating with parents, colleagues, and other early childhood professionals to support the holistic development of each child
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation, and contributing to the overall operations of the preschool

What we're looking for

• Relevant teaching qualifications, such as a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in teaching English and phonics reading. Proficiency in Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of child development, age-appropriate teaching methods, and curriculum design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for nurturing and inspiring young learners
