A leading preschool in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Preschool Principal to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with educational standards. Candidates should have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and at least three years of supervisory experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, with proficiency in English and additional languages as an asset. Incentives include medical leave and training.
Candidates must be able to travel to work in Bangsar.
This position will commence in January 2026.
Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring compliance with licensing, safety, and regulatory standards.
Lead and supervise teaching staff to uphold high standards of early childhood education and care.
Foster a positive, nurturing, and engaging environment for children, staff, and families.
Ensure the curriculum is implemented effectively, promoting children’s development across all domains.
Handle parent communication, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Conduct staff evaluations, provide training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
Manage school enrolment, marketing efforts, and maintain healthy student headcount.
Monitor and maintain operational budgets, resources, and facility management.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement school policies and procedures.
Uphold the school’s reputation and promote strong relationships with the community.
Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Education Management, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a preschool or childcare environment.
Strong understanding of early childhood curriculum, child development, and classroom management.
Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage administrative tasks, staff matters, and parent relationships effectively.
