Job summary

A leading early childhood education provider in Johor Bahru is seeking a dynamic individual to oversee the operations of its nursery/preschool. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, along with at least three years of teaching experience in a preschool setting. Qualifications

  • At least three years of teaching experience in a nursery or preschool with at least one year in a leadership role.
  • High EQ & AQ, mature, exemplary leadership and management skills are essential.
  • Excellent communicator and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth running of the nursery/preschool and oversee curriculum delivery.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to faculty and staff.
  • Monitor and maintain education standards and student welfare.
  • Foster positive relationships with children and parents.
