HSBC Amanah in Kuala Lumpur invites an ambitious Premier Financial Guide to join our branch team. You will pro-actively grow and deepen Amanah Premier portfolios through account-planning, while adhering to Shariah guidelines and our brand values.

You will deliver needs-based wealth and banking solutions to High Net Worth clients, manage relationships, cross-sell relevant products, and provide after-sales service to ensure superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail banking with relevant certifications such as IPPC, CUTE/ FIMM, PCEIA, CEILLI & TBE.
• Experience in relationship management of High Net Worth clients is preferred.
• Excellent track record in business development.
• Expertise in financial planning and wealth products.
• Strong client focus and ability to develop long term partnerships with clients.
• Ability to deliver needs-based solutions through effective communication and influencing skills.

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join ourHSBC Amanahteam in the role ofPremier Financial Guide, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

Reporting directly to the branch manager, the job holder mainly responsible to pro-actively manage, grow, retain and deepen Amanah Premier portfolios through account-planning activity (portfolio management) in accordance with the Global Premier proposition standards as well as referring mortgage business to Financial Guides while adhering to Shariah compliance and the Amanah brand value.

• Ensure a high level of sales and services of HSBC Amanah Wealth Management products based on needs based selling
• Manage, acquire, grow and deepen High Net Worth customers’ relationships through effective relationship management
• Cross sell other products based on customer’s need
• Provide after sales services to ensure consistent delivery of superior banking experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail banking environment with certifications such asIPPC, CUTE/ FIMM, PCEIA, CEILLI & TBE
• Candidate with experience in relationship Management of High Net Worth clients are preferred.
• Excellent track record in business development
