How You’ll Help

We are seeking a highly motivated and well‑connected professional to join our U.S. team as the Enrollment Director. This role is designed for someone with proven experience in high‑end service industries, a strong existing network among High‑Net‑Worth (HNW) and Ultra‑High‑Net‑Worth (UHNW) clients, and the ability to develop new strategic partnerships/clients.

This is a position for someone intrepid, with a strong entrepreneurial bent, and who takes a ton of initiative. If you are looking for an exciting, rewarding employment opportunity, this is the place for you!

What You’ll Do
  • Cultivate relationships with family offices, private banks, and elite professional networks to generate long‑term partnerships.
  • Build and manage strong personal connections with prospective families and Ultra‑High Net Worth (UHNW) clients, overseeing the entire sales and enrollment process with a highly consultative and personalized approach.
  • Establish and maintain high‑value corporate and educational partnerships that generate long‑term business opportunities.
  • Lead and execute regional marketing initiatives, including high‑impact events, VIP roundtables, and brand‑enhancing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Travel locally as needed (approximately 15%) while managing the majority of responsibilities remotely (85%).
You’ll Be a Strong Fit If You
  • Have a track record of success selling high‑end or premium services, ideally within education, consulting, or luxury markets.
  • Possess a strong existing network among HNW/UHNW clients or in adjacent industries such as wealth management, private education, or luxury services.
  • Bring at least two years of experience in education, recruitment, admissions, or luxury services; college counseling or admissions experience is a significant advantage.
  • Hold a degree from a U.S. university (preferred).
  • Excel as a communicator and relationship‑builder—both written and verbal—with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Are a confident, engaging public speaker who is comfortable representing the company in elite client‑facing settings.
  • Demonstrate strong entrepreneurial drive and the ability to establish new markets and partnerships independently.
  • Are bilingual in English and Chinese (preferred).
