Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification with 5 credits required.

• Strong customer handling and problem solving skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Branch Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Promote digital channels and Life Sign Technology to customers.
• Generate revenue growth by meeting customer needs for retail products.
• Drive referrals for both Advance and Premier customer segments.
• Utilise customer base to look for opportunities and drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
