FAB9 SF SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a skilled PCB Repair & Rework Operator to join our manufacturing team.

You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair PCBs to meet strict quality standards, applying micro-soldering techniques for complex assemblies. The role requires 1-3 years in PCB assembly or electronic repair, proficiency with fine-pitch SMT and through-hole soldering under a microscope, and the ability to read drawings and schematics.

Formación

• 1-3 years experience in PCB assembly, rework or electronic repair.
• Proficiency in fine-pitch SMT and through-hole soldering under a microscope.
• Ability to read assembly drawings, BOMs and schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Rework & repair PCBs with high-quality manual soldering, desoldering and rework.
• Execute eco-wire additions, trace repairs, pad reconstructions and ECOs per blueprints.
• Visually inspect boards with microscopes to identify defects.
• Operate rework stations, hot air, soldering irons, and desoldering pumps safely.
• Maintain logs of repaired boards, defects, and component usage.
• Adhere to ESD controls and IPC safety standards.
