Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred or beneficial.
• Experience in engineering, electronics, manufacturing, or related environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and follow drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, testing, and rework of sub-assemblies and final products in accordance with work instructions and drawings.
• Use hand tools and electronic test equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks.
• Accurately complete manufacturing, inspection, and test documentation as required.
• Follow established processes, quality standards, and company policies.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate product or process issues where appropriate.
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives including Kaizen, Cycle Counting, and 5S activities.
• Ensure products meet quality, safety, and performance requirements before release.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.
