Job summary

Frencken seeks a skilled CNC Programmer to manage NC programs, tool offsets, and machine setup on high-precision projects. You will optimize CAM workflows and collaborate with machinists, engineers and QC to ensure quality and efficiency.

Applicants should have 2–5 years in CNC programming, a degree in mechanical/manufacturing/mechatronics, and strong knowledge of CAM software. This role is on-site in a production environment with lean manufacturing practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Eng, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years CNC programming experience in manufacturing or precision engineering.
• Hands-on CNC milling/turning experience and knowledge of NPI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CNC programs and WI are stored and managed properly.
• Perform complex CNC setup, offsets, tooling, and parameter tuning for max performance.
• Support production team to optimize NC programs and processes.
• Design and implement jigs/fixtures for process control on new and existing projects.
• Collaborate with machinists, technicians, engineers, and QA for continuous improvement.
