Job summary

Sinergia Talents is seeking a Costing Executive in Malaysia to strengthen financial controls and manage inventory valuation for high-value recycling processes. You will analyze costs, track yields, and provide insights to improve profitability across production cycles.

The role requires 2–4 years in cost accounting within manufacturing or recycling, with strong Excel and ERP experience. ACCA/CPA/CMA certification is a plus, and familiarity with Incoterms is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Professional certifications (ACCA/CPA/CMA) are a plus.
• Familiarity with Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP).
• 2–4 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing/recycling/precious metals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost reports including material, labour and overhead costs.
• Lead and reconcile inventory records with accurate valuation of precious metals.
• Perform regular inventory reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Assist in monthly close including inventory valuation and cost allocation.
• Generate cost variance and margin analysis reports for management.
