We are seeking a talented Pre-Sales Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team at BE Automation Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. As a Pre-Sales Planning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and proposing innovative solutions to meet our clients' unique needs. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work closely with our sales and engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge automation technologies.

Job Responsibilities

• Able to work independently and effectively assist sales personnel in planning solutions based on customer requirements, preparing proposal presentation slides (PPT), and conducting technical discussions with customers.
• Proficient in using CAD and other related software.
• Capable of analyzing customer-provided data and planning layouts reasonably based on the analysis results.
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and good coordination skills both internally and externally.
• Have more than 2 years of experience in automated warehouse (AS/RS) planning, with a certain understanding of racking structures and output capacity, and able to make appropriate equipment selections.
• Prepare technical agreements and assist the sales team in completing technical proposal documents.
• Able to follow reasonable work arrangements from superiors, and cooperate with overtime and business travel as required.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to use AutoCAD drawing software skilfully.
• Responsible, strong communication skills, cheerful personality, and able to work under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, information Technology or related field.
• Must be proficient in both English and Chinese.
• Willingness to travel internationally and undergo training in Chinaas required by the role.
