Job summary

Infinity Prestige Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join our automotive detailing team in Malaysia. The successful candidate will install high-quality PPF on luxury vehicles, ensure meticulous workmanship, proper vehicle handling, and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include surface preparation, precise cutting and fitting, and finishing with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years hands-on experience in automotive PPF installation preferred.
• Experience in full-body PPF installation is an added advantage.
• Familiar with PPF cutting, stretching, heat application, and edge-wrapping techniques.
• Knowledge of different PPF materials and installation methods.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, hardworking, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Experience handling Continental or luxury vehicles is an advantage.
• Candidates with automotive tinting or detailing experience are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Perform professional PPF installation on vehicle body panels, including bonnets, bumpers, doors, mirrors, and full-body applications.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces through proper cleaning, decontamination, and inspection before installation.
• Measure, cut, position, and apply PPF accurately using appropriate tools and installation techniques.
• Ensure installation is free from bubbles, wrinkles, lifting edges, stretch marks, and other defects.
• Carry out trimming, edge wrapping, and finishing work to achieve a neat and professional appearance.
• Conduct quality checks before and after installation to ensure high workmanship standards.
• Handle customer vehicles carefully to prevent scratches, paint damage, or other defects.
• Complete assigned jobs efficiently within the required turnaround time.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workshop, tools, equipment, and installation area.
• Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Work closely with the Supervisor and other technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with window tinting, coating, polishing, or detailing work when required.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
