  • Perform calculations and standardized computations
  • Perform self-check of own work
  • Enter / Key In or retrieve Insured’s information and able to identify & resolve problem
  • To ensure efficient processing of policies/endorsement in Core system within UWS SLA
  • To ensure documentation is in order, his included tracking record of advices
  • To file policies and endorsement by batch number ( if required )
  • Process all work within department standards
  • Reconcile discrepancies, perform self – check of own work and check the work of others.
  • Process all work within department standard (DQP/SOP/SLA)
  • Identify and resolve problems by referring to policies, procedures, standards
  • Work on special projects, as assigned
  • Support others
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Policy and Endorsement Processing
  • Enter or retrieves policy and endorsement information and inputs routine and non-routine entries and transactions.
  • To facilitate system related functions to implement and enhance processes across business units via System Testing (UAT).
  • Other duties as and when assigned.

2) Customer Service

a) Service the needs of customers.

b) Support others who maintain relationships with customers.

c) Respond to inquiries quickly and completely, provide status updates.

d) Identify and resolve problems by referring to policies, procedures, standards.
