General Information

To ensure the successful execution and delivery of projects and CRM products by managing all aspects of the Project Management Office (PMO), including project initiation, monitoring, and control to meet time, budget, and quality standards. The PMO collaborates closely with stakeholders and internal teams, overseeing financial planning, cost management, risk assessment, and quality standards. The role includes preparing materials for senior executive meetings, workshops, presentations, and decision papers, managing meetings and events, maintaining project calendars, and handling onboarding/offboarding processes. Additionally, the PMO manages roles in IT systems, resource allocation, and documentation of processes, while contributing to continuous improvement in project management and product enhancements. Reporting directly to the Global Senior IT Product Owner, the PMO is crucial to effective project execution and ongoing development in project management practices.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Project Governance & Oversight: Lead the setup and control of product and projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Financial Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans, monitor product and project expenditures, and manage operational costs.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present decision papers, reports, and presentations for senior management and C-level executives.
  • Resource & Access Management: Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of project members, manage roles and access rights across IT systems.
  • Process Documentation & Improvement: Maintain and enhance project workflows, manuals, and governance artifacts.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize workshops, meetings, and events including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and performance metrics to the product owner and stakeholders.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, accounting, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in project and product management or in leading a PMO is essential
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (Planview, Jira, Jira Big Picture and Confluence)
  • Ability to manage multiple (software) projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to develop and implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
  • Superior organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage time effectively and coordinate multi-project environments
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools as well as skills in accounting
  • Deep knowledge of SAP R/3 module CO and PS is required.
  • Deep knowledge of S4 HANA is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English and German is required.
  • Great handling of Microsoft Office 365 especially on Excel and Power Point.
  • PMP Certification is an advantage.
