Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and implement the program for the class in accordance with the centre’s policies and framework.
• Complete progress reports for each child, and manage the class program according to the center's policies. Prepare a developmental portfolio for each child this semester.
• Set up and create a stimulating and engaging pleasant learning environment that promotes self-directed learning.
• Responsible for all aspects of classroom management and carrying out routine care duties to ensure the safety and hygiene of the children.
• Work closely with the other teaching staff in the class in carrying out the duties.
• Build and maintain close partnerships with parents.
• Ensuring the classroom is a clean, safe and organized environment.
