DHL Asia Pacific Shared Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Platform Architect to define the target architecture for Infrastructure Platform Services and to shape the Crossplane-based control plane. You will own the platform end-to-end across Build and Run, aligning Compute & Storage, Data & Observability, Secure Connectivity and Infra Security domains.

This is an internal opportunity for DHL IT Services employees.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-scale infrastructure platforms.
• Expertise in platform-as-a-product operating models and governance.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Crossplane, GitOps.
• Proficiency in policy-as-code (OPA, Kyverno) and observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Define target architecture for IPS and the Crossplane control plane.
• Own end-to-end platform design across Build and Run domains.
• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE and Automation teams to onboard capabilities.
• Govern platform changes with ADRs, design gate reviews and guardrails.
