You will be responsible for managing tasks such as tapping, latex collection, tree maintenance, and workforce supervision. Your role involves ensuring the plantation meets production goals, adheres to environmental standards, and maintains safety protocols, along with managing budgets and liaising with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations including tree tapping, latex collection, tree care, and disease prevention.
• Supervise the workforce, ensuring efficient allocation and productivity in latex harvesting and processing.
• Monitor the health of rubber trees and soil conditions to maximize latex yield.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with agricultural and safety regulations.
