Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT application support or OT/plant systems support.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or operational systems such as PIMS, LIMS, EAM.
• Exposure to IoT technologies, including sensors and data acquisition platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for production-related systems.
• Support data connectivity between DCS/PLC systems and IT applications.
• Manage IT support services, provide technical assistance, and resolve escalated issues.
