Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Semiconductor or PCB or Substrate Fabrications.
• Required to work in clean room environment.
• Able to lead teams of Engineers and Technicians.

Responsibilities

• In charge of Desmear and Electroless Plating processes in the Copper Plating engineering department.
• Work for project management and tools installation.
• Develop qualification plans and design of experiments.
• Ensure proper pass down information in accordance to company standards.
• Responsible for improving yield as per plant yield roadmap.

Knowledge of quality tools: 8D, SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Material Science
