A leading healthcare solutions provider is seeking a Plant Engineer in Kedah. You will manage safety and compliance, perform audits, and provide technical support. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Strong problem-solving skills and a command of English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential. This role includes collaboration across departments to enhance plant operations.

• To manage a safe working environment that results in attaining target of ZERO accidents.
• Perform regular audit on all safety control programs.
• Ensure compliance to all state and federal regulations. Liaison with local authorities such as BOMBA, DOSH, DOE and ensure compliance to all state and federal laws.
• To deputise Plant Manager and RPO responsibility when required.
• Continuous improvement of works method as results of reduce time to repair (MTTR) and mean time before failure (MTBF).
• Responsible for emergency unplanned breakdown. To recognized that the responsibility for site and plant is a 24-hours, 7-days week commitment and to be prepared to respond to "call out" at any time.
• Provide technical solution related to breakdown issues in the area of responsibility.
• Provide analysis of critical spare parts and stock control.
• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities process improvement, and maintenance of equipment and machinery according to engineering principles and safety regulations.
• Administer and resolve all technical maintenance issues.
• Organize various performance appraisals and recommend training programs as per requirement.
• Collaborate with various departments to maintain mechanical integrity of all plant programs.
• Evaluate all production activities and prepare reports for all activities and inspect all associate plant machines and equipment.
• Maintain and review everyday logs and assist to resolve all issues and provide support to all engineering activities and participate in all facilities maintenance meetings.
• Review and recommend improvements of all SOP procedures and perform troubleshoot on all plant activities and resolve all issues and assist facilities manager to implement all changes.
• Provide an efficient interface with engineering department to evaluate all upcoming capital projects and analyze and obtain required feedback for all equipment and layouts.
• This role supports complaint/CAPA investigations, quality improvement, operations production and process controls.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering General Required
At least 3 years experience as Plant Engineer
Able to commute to work at Kuala Ketil
