The role involves seed stock maintenance, data collection, and close collaboration with the Farm team to coordinate land preparation and trial execution. Local Malaysia applicants only.

Qualifications

• Master/PhD in Plant Breeding or related Agriculture field.
• Local candidate — Malaysia.
• Contract for at least 6 months or 1 year.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Breeder to implement short- and long-term breeding plans.
• Plan, organize, and oversee field and greenhouse trials.
• Develop understanding of crop biology to optimize breeding strategies.
