Job description

Recruit, hire and develop an optimally staffed, technically proficient and highly motivated team.

Adheres to all Company Policy & Procedures and Department Procedures.

Build consistent team understanding of objectives, standards, procedures; develop regular and open means of team communication (staff meetings, status reports, individual meetings).

Developing, recommending and implementing purchasing, planning, and logistic procedures.

Oversee the entire Production Plan including the Production scheduling, raw material planning, inventory management, capacity planning, imports/exports, and warehousing.

Manage production plan, issuing Job Orders to meet Customer demand and maintain Safety Stocks.

Manage raw material and finished goods Inventory to ensure optimized levels.

Oversee the entire Production Plan including the Production scheduling, raw material planning, inventory management, capacity planning, imports/exports, and warehousing.
