Job Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule stamping operations based on production orders and demand forecasts.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth stamping operations.
• Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and address potential delays.
• Maintain accurate records of stamping output, machine utilization, and inventory.
• Generate and analyze production and capacity reports to support operational decisions.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize stamping processes and efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with internal teams.
