We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planner to lead planning, scheduling, and progress tracking for complex, fast‑paced data center construction projects. This role requires a hands‑on approach, deep technical understanding, and the ability to adapt schedules based on real‑time site conditions. You’ll play a critical role in keeping the project on track from design coordination through to commissioning and handover. This role is a 14‑month contract role.

The Opportunity
  • Develop and manage baseline schedules, look‑ahead programs, and progress tracking tools.
  • Plan and sequence fast‑track activities, including parallel works and phased handovers.
  • Monitor contractor progress on‑site, validate claims, and assess recovery plans with mitigation strategies.
  • Report key metrics through dashboards, S‑curves, earned value analysis, and visual updates.
  • Work collaboratively with contractors, PMC teams, and clients to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.

Is this role right for you?
  • 8–12 years of planning experience on large‑scale construction projects, ideally data centers or mission‑critical builds.
  • Strong grasp of full lifecycle project phases including design, MEP, architectural, IT readiness, T&C, and approvals.
  • Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and schedule reporting tools.
  • In‑depth knowledge of WBS structures tailored for colocator data centers.
  • A proactive, site‑driven mindset with strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
