Job summary

EPKR Concepts Sdn. Bhd. is seeking hard-working individuals in Kuala Lumpur to join our Eat Pizza team. Responsibilities include food preparation using high-protein dough, operating an automated rail-oven, handling POS transactions, and delivering friendly customer service.

Applicants should be open to training, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and communicate in Malay. Typhoid vaccination is required or ready to take before starting work.

Qualifications

• Open to SPM, certificate, or diploma; no experience required as training will be provided.
• Must have cheerful, proactive personality and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate in Malay; English skills are a bonus.
• Must have valid Typhoid vaccination or willing to take before starting.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation: prepare high-protein dough and arrange toppings according to company recipes.
• Operate automated rail-oven to ensure pizzas are cooked perfectly within 5 minutes.
• Customer service: greet customers warmly and process orders at the counter and transactions.
• Maintain hygiene and safety: keep kitchen, baking area, and dining space clean per halal and food safety guidelines.
• Inventory support: monitor stock levels and inform supervisor when supplies run low; FIFO storage.
• Teamwork: communicate effectively with teammates to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
