The Opportunity

PUSAT JAGAAN RUMAH KEBAJIKAN WARGA EMAS ST. MARK' seeks an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to our elderly residents, helping them maintain and improve their physical function, mobility, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the individual needs and goals of each resident.
  • Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans to address physical impairments and promote independence.
  • Deliver a range of physiotherapy interventions, such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques and the use of assistive devices.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and treatment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of physiotherapy services and the overall quality of care.
What We're Looking For
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in the geriatric or rehabilitation setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities to develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Compassionate and patient‑centric approach to delivering high‑quality care.
  • Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

About Us

The St Mark’s Cozy Home started in 2007. The 3‑story building was built on 0.75 acre land, at a cost of around RM3 million. In 2008, the Home was opened to provide caring service to senior citizens. The Home aims to provide a Christian environment of love and care to the elderly, ministering to their physical and spiritual needs. It includes facilities such as a recreation room, lounge, pharmacy, sick bay, kitchen, outdoor space and provides 24‑hour supervised care with residential staff in a pleasant and secure environment.
