Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking a Phlebotomist for multiple locations in Malaysia. You will perform phlebotomy on walk-in patients and verify patient information before collection, choosing the appropriate venipuncture method based on age and health.

You must ensure proper sample handling, labeling, and timely delivery to the lab while maintaining high health and safety standards. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and immediate starters will be prioritized.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree or its equivalent.
• Fresh Graduate or less than 1 year are encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience as a phlebotomist preferably in hospital/medical centre.
• Experience with effective puncture techniques.
• Able to work during weekends, public holidays when required.
• Immediate starters will be given priority.

Responsibilities

• Based in outlet and perform phlebotomy on walk-in patients.
• Check patients personal information and details before collecting specimen.
• Determine the right venipuncture method based on patient age, health etc.
• Ensure samples are stored in appropriate containers.
• Label samples correctly and deliver them to laboratory for testing.
• Ensure sample are dispatched to the laboratory in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety standards while working.
