Job summary

Mega Kulim Pharmacy Sdn Bhd is a well-established community pharmacy seeking friendly staff to provide excellent customer service and manage in-store operations. The role covers customer support, product recommendations, stock handling, and maintaining clean, organized displays.

We welcome candidates with at least a year of experience or those entering the field with a diploma or degree in science. This is a full-time position with rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or Degree with working experience above 1 year (Preferably Diploma in Pharmacy or Degree in Science)
• Candidates without experience are also encouraged to apply
• Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
• Fast learner, responsible, patient, polite and helpful
• Full time employment basis
• Able to work on rotational shift, weekends and public holidays

• Provide and maintain good customer service and relationship
• Handle customer inquiries promptly & professionally (training will be provided)

• Replenish and arrange goods into the shelves to ensure well and organized display
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and good standard in visual merchandising
• Able to perform operating works such as cashier, system transfer in and out of stock, price tagging and checking the product expiry date
• Perform additional tasks as and when required
• Organised personalities and able to perform multi-tasks
