Job summary

A leading healthcare facility in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Pharmacist to manage medication dispensing, patient counselling, and quality control. The ideal candidate must be a Fully Registered Pharmacist with at least 2 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English. Qualifications

Responsible for medication dispensing and counselling, administrative duties, quality management, training & supervision, inventory control and management, record keeping, ward supply and checking, drug information service, stock take, drug preparation, other general duties, as well as clinical pharmacy services, total parenteral nutrition and intravenous additive services, and cytotoxic drug reconstitution services if privileged and assigned.

Open & close Pharmacy Department, if need arises.

Ensure pharmacy cleanliness & tidiness is properly maintained.

Assist general customer service. Investigate root cause of complaints & propose corrective & preventive action.

Attend to jobs assigned by Pharmacy Manager, Assistant Manager & Senior Pharmacist.

Oversee Pharmacy Store, when assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: Fully Registered Pharmacist (FRP) with Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (or the equivalent qualification relevant to Pharmacy).
• Holds a valid Annual Certificate (AC) for Pharmacist (Form 12).
• Possesses Type A License under PHKL.

Experience & Other Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience as Pharmacist.
• Good interpersonal, communication & teamwork skills.
• Proficient in both written & spoken English.
